It has been an absolute dream to work with such a beautiful and purpose led brand recently. This was an extremely hands on role at a period of explosive growth: Sales surged past £53.7 million, making it one of the UK’s fastest-growing companies with international reach in 2025.

Working as Senior Designer and reporting into the Head of Design I worked across a broad range of digital asset creation including paid ads and emails.
I led on video projects, editing and animation, introduced software/internal process to help the design team keep up with the demand as they expanded into the EU and the US.

This was a brilliant opportunity to see how a brand design team in 2026 operates within a business that is scaling extremely fast, whilst retaining as much brand integrity as possible.
